Clinical Pilates

With over 10 years of experience helping people move better and feel stronger through Clinical Pilates, I use a wide range of specialist Pilates equipment, including the well-known Reformers as well as the Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair and Ladder Barrel. These versatile pieces of equipment allow exercises to be tailored to your individual needs, whether you're recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, improving posture or building strength and confidence in movement.

By combining the principles of Clinical Pilates with osteopathic assessment and treatment, I help patients reconnect with their bodies, improve mobility and discover movement they may have thought was no longer possible. Sessions are designed to address the root cause of pain and dysfunction, not simply the symptoms, empowering you with the tools and understanding to move more freely and confidently.

Whether you are struggling with back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, pregnancy-related aches and pains, or recurring stiffness and tension, my approach focuses on restoring movement, reducing pain and building long-term resilience. This is not a typical Pilates class or a one-size-fits-all exercise programme; it is a personalised, evidence-informed approach to rehabilitation that combines hands-on osteopathic care with guided movement to support lasting recovery and help you take control of your health and wellbeing.
