London Bridge

See Alexandra in London Bridge — Tuesdays & Thursdays
Book your initial consultation (60 min, £100) and take the first step toward lasting relief.

Based in the heart of London Bridge, I treat patients dealing with back pain, neck tension, and injuries that are getting in the way of daily life — with a hands-on approach built around your recovery, not just a quick fix.

A small medical examination room with a brick accent wall and a white examination table with a pillow. There is a desk with a yellow chair and a corner with shelves and plants near a large window with blinds.

What I treat in London Bridge

I see patients working and living around London Bridge, Southwark, and the City for:

  • Back pain from long hours at a desk

  • Neck and shoulder tension (a big one for commuters and office workers)

  • Headaches linked to posture

  • Sports and gym-related injuries

  • General stiffness, reduced mobility, and recurring aches

  • Pre- and post-natal aches and pains

  • Local residents dealing with general aches and pains related to ageing

A lot of what I see here comes down to posture and repetitive strain from desk-based work — and it responds well to a combination of osteopathic treatment and targeted movement work.

What to expect at your first appointment

Your first visit includes a thorough case history, physical assessment, and hands-on treatment. You'll leave with a clear understanding of what's going on and a plan for what comes next — whether that's a single session, a short course of treatment, or ongoing Pilates-based rehab to build resilience.

Initial Consultation £100. 60 minutes.

Follow up sessions £85. 45 minutes.
