Your Partner in Everyday Wellness

Alexandra is a registered Osteopath who graduated from the London School of Osteopathy with a Bachelor's in Osteopathy (BOst). Alongside her osteopathic training, Alexandra has nearly ten years’ experience working as a Clinical Pilates Practitioner, supporting a wide range of patients with chronic lower back pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, pre- and post-natal recovery, hip and knee pain.

As an Osteopath, Alexandra has a particular interest in treating foot and ankle pain, neck pain, and headaches arising from the cervical spine. Her background in Pilates strongly informs her clinical approach, allowing her to integrate movement-based rehabilitation, biomechacnics, and strength work into her treatments where appropriate.

Alex adopts a holistic and patient-centred approach, aiming to identify the underlying cause of symptoms and create individualised treatment plans tailored to each person’s needs. She utilises a range of osteopathic techniques from structural to cranial, alongside exercise-based rehabilitation to support recovery, improve function, and promote long-term resilience.

Committed to ongoing professional development, Alex will be undertaking further training in 2026, with a focus on medical acupuncture and paediatrics, to continue expanding her clinical skill set and provide the highest standard of care.
